Quang X. Nguyen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Q3, Inc., a firm that is dedicated to providing exceptional consulting, engineering design, construction and facility services. Mr. Nguyen’s vision and operational expertise has strengthened Q3, Inc’s core competencies by expanding the company into different vertical markets and extending its service portfolio to global markets.

For the past ten years, Q3, Inc. has been headquartered in Huntington Beach, California. Q3, Inc. is a certified National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) firm and a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE). Active in the community, Mr. Nguyen is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE), National Council of Examiners for Engineers (NCEES), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), and the Association of Consulting Electrical Engineers (ACEE) as well as an honorary member of the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce (VACOC) located in Orange County, CA.

In his free time, he provides pro-bono engineering services to several local Buddhist Temples with their renovation efforts. Mr. Nguyen holds an MBA at USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Irvine. He is a registered electrical engineer in over 15 different states, holds a California General Builder’s Contractors license (B License), a Electrical Contractor License (C-10), is LEED AP, NCEES, and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). Mr. Nguyen and his wife reside in Huntington Beach, CA. He enjoys mountain biking, tennis, boating, hiking, skiing, and camping.
